丽江市组委会火炬接力 筹备工作基本情况 General Information about the Preparation for Torch Relay By Lijiang Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games 第29届奥运会将于2008年在北京举办，火炬接力是“有特色、高水平”奥运会的重要组成部分，受到党中央、国务院的高度重视。火炬接力将于2008年5月4日至8月8日在我国进行境内传递。丽江市筹备工作根据北京奥组委火炬接力中心《北京奥运会火炬接力境内传递指导文件》和云南省组委会的要求和丽江实际，组织开展了一系列的活动和工作并按照规定时间，保质保量地完成了线路编制、火炬手、护跑手选拔等一系列工作。 Since the 29th Olympic Games will be held in Beijing in 2008, as an important part of the “characteristic records, high level” Olympic Games, the torch relay is highly focused by the Party Central Committee and the State Council. The torch will be carried through in China during May 4, 2008 to August 8, 2008. According to the requirement of Policy Paper of Torch Relay in China for the Beijing Olympic Games by the Torch Relay Center of Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games and Yunnan Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games, Lijiang city has finished a series of work, including the route arrangement and the selection of torch bearers and escort runners within the set time both in quality and quantity. 一、 前期宣传和氛围营造 I. Advance Publicity and Create Environment 为了大力宣传北京奥运，宣传奥运精神，同时借助奥运这个挈机，我市一是与中央电视台合作，组织了“奥运城市行”大型文艺活动，通过活动不仅宣传了丽江，也宣传了奥运。二是在各机关学校开展了不同形式的奥运知识宣传活动。如：“迎奥运、树新风、讲文明、促和谐”奥运知识知多少问答竞赛；三是与中央电视台国际频道、英语频道，北京电视台、云南电视台合作拍摄了“城市故事”奥运专题片，即将在6月初播出。四是由市区县宣传部门和市区县体育局牵头开展了了篮球赛、足球赛、民间纳西妇女足球赛、老年人门球赛、纳西斗牛赛等民族民间体育活动。为奥运圣火到丽江营造了良好氛围。 For the publicity of Beijing Olympic Games and the Olympic spirit and by means of the opportunity to hold this Olympic Games, firstly, we have held the large-scale cultural activities “Olympic tour in cities” in cooperation with CCTV to publicize Lijiang and the Olympic Games; secondly, we have held activities of different manners for publicizing the Olympic knowledge in institutions and schools, e.g. “welcome Olympic Games, establish new trends, stress civilization, promote harmony” Olympic knowledge competition; thirdly, we have shot the Olympic-themed program “City Story” to be played in June in cooperation with CCTV’s international channel and English channel, Beijing TV and Yunnan TV; fourthly, our propaganda departments and sports bureaus in cities, districts and counties have led to launch ethnic folk sports activities including basketball game, football game, folk Naxi female football game, old goalball game and Naxi bullfight game etc., which creates a good environment for the arrival of Olympic Games torch. 二、 建立健全组织机构 II.
